The Long Room is situated on the ground floor, has disabled access, lots of natural light the dimensions of the room are length 23m, width 7.3m and height 3m. We can cater for 200 people theatre style, 100 people classroom style, 60 people boardroom style and 100 people banquet style in this room. We do a range of different packages for al conference half day delegate, all day delegate and 24 hour delegate rate.

The Gower and Willis Room is located on the ground floor and has disabled access and plenty of natural sunlight. In this room we can cater for 42 people U-Shape, 120 people theatre style, 70 people classroom style, 40 people boardroom and 70 people banquet style. We offer different packages for half day delegates, all day delegates and 24 hour delegates.

The Botham Suite is located on the ground floor, has disabled access, natural day light and a bar. W can cater for 24 people U-Shape, 60 people theatre style, 30 people classroom style, 20 people boardroom style and 30 people banquet style.

The Willis Suite is located on the ground floor has disabled access and plenty of natural sunlight. This room comes with a built in screen and projector that's available for hire. We can cater for 24 people U-Shape, 60 people theatre styles, 30 classroom style, 20 people boardroom style, and 40 people banquet style.
