Most businesses are always looking for a different type of venue to have their next outing. The default place to head on team building exercises or management training retreats seems to be somewhere out in the woods. Sitting around campfires can be entertaining but it is hardly all that original. The next time you want to put together the kind of outing that will truly impress your employees you should try any number of different theme parks. 

At these theme parks you won't be able to hold high level meetings or long discussions but you will be able to entertain the troops while building a nice sense of community through your company. Extreme pressure is one way to build bonds between people, but if it is manufactured those bonds will not hold. If you make sure that everyone is having a great time, real bonds of friendship can be formed and that will lead to a better work environment in the end.
