- On arrival to ensure room layout is correct
- Assist with room dressing – advice given
- Ensure special equipment is in place and working
- Ensure menu is correct along with other catering arrangements
- Meeting and Greeting delegates
- Client Registration
- Assist with distribution of delegate material
- Deal with delegates questions and queries
- Client / Venue liaison to keep things smooth
In fact our experienced PharmaEventsDesk On-Site Support agents would be at your
disposal for the duration of the event to assist you in the ways that matter most
to you on the day and free up your time for the other important things that require
your attention.
For any meeting/event confirmed through Pharma Division - PharmaEventsDesk, on-site
support can be offered.
The charge for this service would be dependant upon event details (location, delegate
numbers, timings etc) ranging from £100.00 to £175.00 incl. VAT, plus expenses (reasonable
accommodation and travel costs, where required). The rate is per agent supplied.
The rate would be payable no later than 2 weeks prior to the event and expenses
would be invoiced to you after the event has taken place. For events of over 100
delegates, only expenses would be payable and the service would be offered FREE of charge.
